Somatic Reset is a gentle 90-minute group workshop designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and enter your weekend feeling more grounded and present.
During our time together, you'll be guided through a series of calming, body-centered practices that may include:
Grounding and nervous system regulation
Gentle, intuitive movement
Mindfulness and meditation
Guided visualization
Breath awareness
Quiet journaling and optional group sharing
No prior experience with meditation, yoga, or mindfulness is needed. All activities are invitations rather than expectations, and you're encouraged to participate in whatever way feels supportive for your body.
This workshop is educational and experiential in nature. It is not psychotherapy or medical treatment, but rather an opportunity to cultivate awareness, reduce stress, and create space for reflection in a supportive environment.
